Use the specific Checklists and Spotlight based on job tasks. | Comments/Tips Compare experienced faster and injury-free workers with those who are inexperienced, fatigued, uncomfortable, or complaining of pain or injury. Determine if there are differences in work technique among these groups. If repetitive, note cycle time, capture a minimum of 5 cycles. Sketch the work area, if needed. Obtain weights and measures as needed.
